Select rugs and lighting may incur a 20% restocking fee if returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Furniture, artwork, mirrors, vintage items, sale items, and gift cards.
Damages/Incorrect Orders:
We carefully inspect items before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours with photos of the item and its packaging. We will work promptly to resolve any issues.
