Return

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item may not work in your space as intended. We accept returns on select items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all parts and packing materials. All returns must be pre-approved, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be provided before the return is accepted.

Our customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent with postage due will be refused and returned to the sender.

Final Sale & Clearance

To request a return, customers can initiate a return directly through the order history. If you need assistance or have questions regarding a return, please contact customerservice@marieflanigan.com.

Exchanges

Although we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives correctly and damage-free, external shipping factors may sometimes be beyond our control. If your order is damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@marieflanigan.com with photos of the issue and original packaging so we can resolve it promptly.

We will cover return shipping for any incorrect or damaged items and issue a full refund once the return is received. Exchanges are only available for incorrect or damaged items. If a different item is desired, a new order must be placed after returning the original item.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.

A full refund will be issued for any incorrect or damaged items.
