Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, please see the return or exchange process outlined below.
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product and let us know your concerns. You can fill out this form or email us at customerservice@marieflanigan.com. We will return or exchange the product as inventory allows and refunds may be issued as outlined below.
NOTE: PRODUCT MUST BE UNUSED, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION, TO BE RETURNED AND/OR REFUNDED.

Returns
Bedding, Tabletop,
Décor, Bath and Clothing products are eligible for return within 14 days of
receipt. Please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com if you want to initiate a return. All returns must be approved, and a Return Authorization (RA) provided by our Customer Service team member. No returns will be accepted without an RA.
Returns must be received within 10 days of RA being created to be eligible for a refund. Return shi ppingto be paid by the client. The refund will be reduced by the shipping charges.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Furniture, Lighting, Rugs, Art, Mirrors, Dog Beds, Vintage and Sale items.
These items are Final Sale items.
If the wrong product is shipped, we will pay the return shipping on the exchanged items. Please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com or fill out our contact form to initiate the exchange.
Although we take every precaution to ship the correct product to you damage free, there are external shipping factors that are outside of our immediate control. We will
always work to get this resolved efficiently and effectively. If your order is damaged, missing parts or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of deliver at customerservice@marieflanigan.com or fill out our contact form so that we can resolve it for
you.
Pictures showing damage are necessary for us to resolve damage claims. We will pay the return shipping expenses for any incorrect or damaged items
received and the entire cost of the returned items will be refunded.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, it may not be able to be cancelled. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com. Include your order number and the items you wish to cancel. Although we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order, we will do everything possible to assist. If the product is prepared for shipment, we will not be able to cancel the order or change the ship to address. We are unable to add additional items to any order.
Shipping
Currently, we are only able to ship to the contiguous forty-eight states. We are not able
to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Approximate shipping charges:
Furniture – all Threshold or White Glove delivery and will be quoted by our Customer Service team.
Lighting – approximately 10% of the item’s cost for standard delivery.
Rugs – approximately 5% of the item’s cost for standard delivery.
Bedding – approximately 5% of the item’s cost for standard delivery.
Tabletop – approximately 5% of the item’s cost for standard delivery.
Art – approximately 5% of the item’s cost for standard delivery.
Mirror – approximately 5% of the item’s cost for standard delivery.
Décor – approximately 5% of the item’s cost for standard delivery.
Bath – approximately 5% of the item’s cost for standard delivery.
Lifestyle – approximately 5% of the item’s cost for standard delivery.
Vintage – all Threshold or White Glove delivery and will be quoted by our Customer Service team.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within ten business days via the same method of payment used when making the original purchase. Return freight will be deducted for returned items.
A full refund will be given for any item shipped incorrectly that is returned.
Sales and Promotions
Original Art, Limited Editions and Vintage Furniture (Antiques) are excluded from all discount codes and website sales.
