Who Are We?

Marie Flanigan is a U.S. based interior designer who is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the families she serves.   The Marie Flanigan Collection is Marie’s curated collection of furniture, lighting, décor and other home goods that bring her aesthetic to life.  The Marie Flanigan Collection is sold through our corporate entity, MFI eCom Collection, LLC (“MarieFlanigan.com” “we” or “us”.)      

 

Scope

MARIEFLANIGAN.COM takes the private nature of the personal information we collect seriously, and we are committed to protecting it.  Therefore, we have in place controls and procedures designed to ensure that such information is managed responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws (collectively, “Privacy Laws”).  This Privacy Notice details how we will collect, use, disclose and protect personal information obtained from visitors to the www.marieflanigan.com website. This Notice also describes the rights that consumers have with respect to such Personal Information.

Personal Identifiers such as first name, last name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, username and password (for individuals establishing an online account), and phone number.
