How to care for the Mito Flatware Set: dishwasher safe. Rinse all residual food after each use to avoid prolonged contact with cutlery pieces. Place in the dishwasher's basket or tray with knives separte from other cutlery. When cutlery is removed from the basket, dry with a soft cloth. Use a soft cloth with a few drops of lemon juice to remove stains and restore shine. If handwashing, use hot water, a neutral detergent and a soft cloth or sponge.
