ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND SHIPPING


ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS 

Once an order has been placed, it may not be able to be cancelled. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@mareiflanigan.com. Include your order number and the items you want to cancel. Although we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order, we will do everything possible to assist. If the product is prepared for shipment, we will not be able to cancel the order or change the ship to address. We are unable to add additional items to any order. 

SHIPPING
Currently, we are only able to ship to the contiguous forty-eight states. We are not able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Pricing: All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Price, availability, and shipping charges are subject to change. There may be errors in pricing, descriptions, or images of some products. We reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Availability: We only want to sell products that are on-hand. If the current product inventory levels are below what has been ordered, or the product becomes unavailable, we will email you. Our policy is to fill orders in the order they were placed. Please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com with any questions or concerns.

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We will ship available items via UPS ground or Metropolitan Delivery for larger items, Threshold or White Glove delivery. We ship Monday – Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days. Shipping charges will be added to your order at check-out for standard, ground delivery, and our Customer Service team will quote all white glove deliveries. See below for expected processing and shipping times by category:

Furniture – Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 10 – 15 business days. If there are any delays, our Customer Service Team will email you with updates. We are unable to change or cancel orders once prepared for shipment. All damages must be reported to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.

NOTE: Shipping charges are approximately 10% of the item price for standard delivery. White Glove Service is quoted based on the delivery address. Our Customer Service Team will provide a quote. Furniture is not eligible for return unless it is damaged in shipment and cannot be repaired in your home.

Lighting – Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 – 5 business days. Once shipped, it should arrive in 5 – 7 business days. We are unable to cancel or change orders once placed. All damages must be reported to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.

NOTE: Lighting is not eligible for return unless it is damaged in shipment. Shipping charges are approximately 10% of the item price for standard delivery.

Rugs – Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 – 5 business days. Once shipped, it should arrive in 5 – 7 business days. We are unable to cancel or change orders once placed. If your rug is damaged or defective, please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com within 48 hours for resolution. See below for shipping charges:

Art & MIrrors – Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 – 7 business days. Once shipped, it should arrive in 5 – 7 business days. If your item is damaged or defective, please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com within 48 hours for resolution.

NOTE: Art & Mirrors are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are approximately 5% - 10% of the item price for standard delivery.

 

Décor – Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 – 5 business days. Once shipped, it should arrive in 5 – 7 business days. If your item is damaged or defective, please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com within 48 hours for resolution.

Bath – Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7 – 10 business days. Once shipped, it should arrive in 5 – 7 business days. If your item is damaged, please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com within 48 hours for resolution.

Lifestyle – Clothing orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 – 5 business days. Once shipped, it should arrive in 5 – 7 business days. Dog bed orders are processed upon receipt and take 10-15 business days to fulfill. Once shipped, it should arrive in 5-7 business days. If your item is damaged, please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@marieflanigan.com within 48 hours for resolution.

NOTE:  Dog Beds are made to order and are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are approximately 5% of the item price for standard delivery.

Vintage Pieces – These items are one of a kind and slightly imperfect. Our vintage items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high-quality standards. They are sold “as is.” The shipping costs for the pillow covers, prints, and ceramics are calculated at time of purchase. The shipping charges for the Vintage furniture is quoted on based on the delivery address and service. All Vintage items are final sale and not eligible for return.

NOTE: Shipping charges for standard, White Glove delivery will be quoted by our Customer Service team once we have the delivery address. Vintage items not eligible for return.
