Have You Seen Us Lately?

Spring has been quite good to the MFI team! We’ve been [April] showered with some seriously lovely coverage this month and we thought an editorial round-up might be in order; let’s just go ahead and call this a #FeatureFriday.

We hope you’ll scroll on for a recap and then head out to pick up copies of the issues for yourself because, as total book nerds, we believe there’s nothing quite like seeing these beauties in print:

Southern Lady

We adore this mag! It has everything from garden and interior design tips to drool-worthy recipes, and flipping through the May/June issue has been a real treat. Once you’ve pulled out those yummy recipes, check out the beautifully crafted feature on Marie that includes tips for bringing her signature style to your own home. But keep scrolling because we’re sharing a few here!

“Honor your structure. Whether you’re redesigning or starting fresh, architecture should always set the tone for what lies within. Focus on selecting materials that highlight and pay respect to your home’s unique story.”

“Channel your inner mixmaster. Create moments of beauty through the interesting and unexpected union of contrasting styles, patterns, and textures.”

Modern Luxury – Houston

The April issue of Modern Luxury is straight up raining men and we were honored to see one of our favorite bachelor pads sidled up to all of that eye candy! Check out the story that details the transformation of a “traditional two-story house into a hip home with a masculine point of view.”

Houston Chronicle – Luxe Life

Our friends at Houston Chronicle published a wow-worthy feature on one of our very coolest projects, the development of a luxury entertaining space perched atop Mercedes Benz – Sugar Land. If this doesn’t give you Friday vibes, we don’t know what will!

1 - Studio Downstairs 1-330

“Behind that showroom, though, in a 6,000-square-foot space few may ever see, are more cars, luxurious seating areas, a full bar, comfortable wine room and a chandelier that makes a big, bold statement, changing colors seasonally.”

9 - Wine Room-260

Have you seen any of these in print? Do you have a favorite? Let us know! We love them all and we’re feeling incredibly grateful for the love and support. Wishing everyone a hip-hoppity Easter weekend! ❤
